By purchasing a subscription or any other services from MakeUGC (“Services”), you:

- Any premium features accessed, and

2.2 Timeframe for Requests
To be considered for a refund:
- You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the original subscription purchase date or renewal date.
- To remain eligible, your formal request for a refund must be made within 24 hours from the original subscription date or renewal date.
2.3 Minimal Usage Requirement — “Fewer Than Two Videos Consumed” Rule
- To qualify for a refund, your account must show fewer than two (2) videos generated or consumed during the subscription period in question.
- For clarity, “consumed” includes but is not limited to:
- Generating an AI video (in whole or in part).
- Downloading a generated video file.
- Exporting a generated video to an external platform.
- Accessing premium avatar, voice, or editing features connected to a video.
- Watching or previewing a completed video in full via your account dashboard.
- If you have generated or accessed two (2) or more videos, the subscription will be considered “used” and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. REFUND PROCESS
3.1 Submitting a Request
- Email us at help@makeugc.ai with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Order ID].
- Include:
- Full name
- Email address linked to your MakeUGC account
- Date of purchase or renewal
- Reason for the refund request
- Confirmation that you have generated fewer than two videos during the subscription period.
3.2 Verification
- Once received, our team will review your account activity and transaction records to confirm compliance with this Policy.
- We will assess:
- Time elapsed since purchase or renewal.
- Number of videos generated or consumed.
- Any other premium services accessed.
- Account history for potential policy violations or misuse.
3.3 Decision Notification
- You will receive an email confirming our decision to either approve or reject your request.
- All decisions are final unless additional evidence is provided that was not available during the original review.
3.4 Refund Approval
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider but may take up to 14 business days after approval.
3.5 Refund Rejection
- If your request is rejected, we will explain why. Common reasons include:
- Request made outside the 48-hour window
- Consumption of two (2) or more videos.
- Use of premium subscription benefits

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:

- Contact your bank or card issuer—sometimes refunds are delayed in processing.

5. DISCOUNTED ITEMS
5.1 Eligibility
Discounted subscriptions or promotional offers are eligible for refunds only if they meet all conditions set out in Section 2.

Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original full subscription price.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 48-hour timeframe.
- Accounts with two (2) or more videos generated or consumed.
- Any violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud.
- Use of subscription benefits or premium features that exceed minimal usage limits.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products, subscriptions, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeUGC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Policy.
Our total liability for any claim related to this Policy shall not exceed the total subscription fee paid for the specific billing period in dispute.
